A plan that adapts
Tell us about your house once. We generate the maintenance calendar — HVAC seasonal, lawn by grass type, pool by mode, gutters per region. Things only show up when they're due.
Now on iPhone — free on the App Store
HomeSturdy turns the endless list of things every house needs — HVAC, gutters, water heater, lawn, pool, smoke detectors — into a calmer, well-paced plan. Get reminded only when it matters. Keep the receipt forever.
Free to download. No ads, no selling your data — ever.
Where we're headed
The biggest, most trusted network of homeowners, renters, and service providers — all kept together, on HomeSturdy.
Tell us about your house once. We generate the maintenance calendar — HVAC seasonal, lawn by grass type, pool by mode, gutters per region. Things only show up when they're due.
One digest per few days, not a dozen task pings. If you have multiple homes the digest groups by address so you can see "3 things at the lake house" at a glance.
Photo, cost, contractor, duration, notes. Filed against the right task. Selling the house in five years? The buyer sees a paper trail nobody else has.
Tap a task, write a request, send to a contractor. Their reply lands inside the app. Approve, mark done, log it — without either side seeing the other's real address.
Primary home, rental, mom's place. Each gets its own dashboard with its own score and its own calendar — and members you invite see only the houses they're invited to.
For every task we estimate the right call: tighten the trap yourself, hire it out for the panel work. Cost range too, so you have a number before you call anyone.
Address, year built, a few toggles — lawn, pool, pets, crawl space. Takes about a minute. We generate the maintenance plan from that.
A guided wizard asks "when was the last time you…?" for each task. Skip what you don't know. We schedule from what you do.
We'll only nudge you when something is actually due. When you log it — DIY or contractor — the cycle restarts on its own.
Hi, I'm Robson Poffo — a homeowner in Apex, NC who's wired to solve problems. I started out as a software engineer and now work as a product manager, but HomeSturdy began somewhere simpler: I was overwhelmed by everything a house quietly expects you to remember. The filters, the seasons, the "wait, when did I last do that?" — it was driving me a little crazy.
So I built the calm version. Tell HomeSturdy about your home once, and it tells you what needs doing and when — nothing more, and nothing until it actually matters.
But tracking was only half of it. Homes don't run on checklists alone — they run on people: homeowners, renters, and the companies who keep things working. I want HomeSturdy to make those connections easier and more trustworthy, so getting the right help is as simple as knowing what's due.
And I wanted it to feel genuinely private: no ads, no selling your data — just a plan that's yours. I use privacy-respecting analytics to see what's working and improve the product, never to advertise to you.
That's what I'm building toward: the biggest, most trusted network of homeowners, renters, and service providers — all kept together, on HomeSturdy.

For contractors & service providers
HomeSturdy already knows when every house on its platform is overdue for HVAC service, roof inspection, gutter cleaning, paint, lawn aeration — all of it. When a homeowner taps "request a quote," we route it to one trusted provider per category in their zip. No bidding wars. No tire-kickers. No chasing them for replies.
We're seeding the marketplace one zip at a time. Tell us where you operate and what you cover; if your area is open we'll onboard you free during beta.
Bug, idea, press, partnership — anything. Form goes straight to a real human.
