HomeSturdy is built and supported by a small team. The fastest way to reach us is email — we read every message and reply as quickly as we can.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open HomeSturdy → tap your profile (top right) → Manage account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your houses, tasks, logs, photos, and messages are removed from our database. There is no waiting period and no recovery option, so please confirm before tapping the final button.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Email me a sign-in link. We'll send a one-time magic link that signs you in without a password. You can set a new password from the profile screen after you're in.
I'm not receiving emails from HomeSturdy
Check your spam folder for messages from
noreply@homesturdy.app,
quotes@homesturdy.app, or
hello@homesturdy.app. If they aren't there, write to
hello@homesturdy.app from
the same address you signed up with and we'll look into it.
I signed in with Apple and hid my email — is that OK?
Yes. HomeSturdy fully supports Apple's private email relay. We deliver every email to your relay address; we never see your real address. Inside the app your email shows as "Hidden via Apple".
How do I invite my partner or family member?
Open the house → Members → Invite. They get an email with a link; tapping it opens HomeSturdy (or installs it first) and adds them to the house.
A contractor I emailed never replied
HomeSturdy sends quote requests through email, so deliverability depends on the contractor's mailbox. If you don't hear back in a few days, try a phone follow-up. You can also resend or invite a different contractor from the quote thread.
Can I export my data?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap. If you need an export sooner, email hello@homesturdy.app and we'll send you a copy of everything in your account.
